insurance language for use by your loan officers in their commitment
documents. Insurance documents received at closing are sent to us
along with a copy of your insurance requirements for the loan.
Covered Bridge
evaluates the coverage and notifies you
of any material deficiencies. Expiration dates are tracked and exceptions monitored
until they are resolved. Lenders have real time access to their borrowers'
insurance data through our secure website.
Covered Bridge works
directly with insurance agents and companies to obtain policies and
to make minor changes. To protect your customer relationships,
we do not contact your borrowers directly. When a coverage problem
requires contact with a borrower,
the matter is referred to you.
