Periculum Announces Partnership With Covered Bridge Associates Periculum Services Group (Portland, Michigan) and Covered Bridge Associates, Inc. (Cheboygan, Michigan) announce a long term partnership that will enhance the futures of both firms and their clients. In this partnership, Periculum will be providing ongoing technology, development, and operations support to Covered Bridge and its clients. Implementation of this relationship is in full swing and the new upgraded service for Covered Bridge clients is planned to begin in quarter two of 2003. Phase one of the new partnership is already complete with the launch of Covered Bridge’s new website (www.ecoveredbridge.com) in late 2002. About Covered Bridge Associates, Inc. Covered Bridge tracks a wide range of commercial insurance policies covering business borrowers. We provide sample insurance language for use by your loan officers in their commitment documents. Insurance documents received at closing are sent to us along with a copy of your insurance requirements for the loan. Covered Bridge evaluates the coverage and notifies you of any material deficiencies. Expiration dates are tracked and exceptions monitored until they are resolved. Lenders have real time access to their borrowers' insurance data through our secure website. Covered Bridge works directly with insurance agents and companies to obtain policies and to make minor changes. To protect your customer relationships, we do not contact your borrowers directly.
