Periculum Acquires Covered Bridge Associates
Covered Bridge Associates and Management Technology Services, Inc. (parent of Periculum Services Group) are proud to
announce the sale of Covered Bridge's insurance tracking service to Management Technology Services, Inc. MTS's
Periculum Services Group division has been processing insurance tracking transactions for Covered Bridge clients
for the past two years so the sale will create no noticeable change in services to Covered Bridge clients.
Covered Bridge initially contracted with Periculum in 2002 to convert to a web-based insurance tracking service, and to
service the tracking transactions for their clients.
